Refund policy
Returns:
At Awesome Socks 4u! I hope you love your new socks. Please contact me as soon as you know you have a problem. I will do everything I can to make it right. You can contact me at 281-381-6765 or pbortot@bortotmktg.com. But if you need to return a pair, please read my return policy.
My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please let me know as soon as there is a problem. Your satisfaction is important to me.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They can not issue a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, or damaged. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size, send me an email at pbortot@bortotmktg.com and send your item to: Awesome Socks 4u, 810 N. Dixie Dr. Ste J #111, Clute, TX 77531.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping delays
Shipping times on this site are provided by the individual shipping services. Awesome Socks 4u! does not control or guarantee the shipping times provided and will not be held responsible for any shipping delays. Awesome Socks 4U! will not refund or replace any lost or delayed items due to shipping. You will receive an email from Awesome Socks 4u! once your order has been fulfilled. Most orders go out the same day unless it is after normal USPS hours and then the order will go out the next business day. All orders ship for free using USPS first class mail with tracking. If you choose to pay for another shipping method this is not a guarantee of on-time delivery. Most orders are received within 3-5 business days of fulfilment, however longer delays have been experienced.
Shipping address
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Awesome Socks 4u, 810 N. Dixie Dr. Clute, Tx. 77531. You will be required to pay your own postage to return the item. Postage is non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
